Overall we have got a very good feedback. To summarize

Events - a lot of people likes rappelling the most amongst all the events.

Food – team was satisfied with the food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and our team members liked the breakfast very much.

Overall – all of them liked the event and are even considering to go for such an outing again.

Thanks for organizing a good outing for my team members. For most of them it was first time with Rappelling, Rope Challenging (Dry Bed River Crossing) and even tube rafting. Every single member of the team was all praise for this event. They enjoyed all the activities, including the Night Trek. Food was also appropriate to the accession. The night camp fire added more spice to the event. Coming from operations, this event by it self became a good Team Building activity.

The Adventure Day Outing was probably the best thing that could have happened to my team, it was not about being a part of some hard pumping action games which by itself was thrilling but the way it got us together, the way it kept us together and they way it made us forget that we are no different people but a team, and possibly one of the best way to overcome the fear of failure a critical requirement for any team.

The VAC group was friendly and took care of us at every possible aspect starting from the early morning till the last minute late in the night where we partied till we dropped dead. This was a very good gesture that made us feel at ease and helped us have a gala time.

The best part of trip was the time we spent in the lake. It was so relaxing and so smooth that we could not realize the passage of time at all. And i just wont hold back if i get one more chance to visit this place.

My best takeaway from this trip was the way my wife overcame her fear of going on hilltops and getting into water. At the end of the day she had overcome most of her phobias per se and am thankful for this lovely opportunity we had to do this.

We certainly had great fun everyone enjoyed the Adventure Day Outing concept a lot. It was a whole new experience for everyone as most of us were not involved in all such adventure activities in the past. It was a very good experience for me at Ramnagarm, truly a stress buster, after this event I must say that say it is a must to go for at least one outing like this in a month to say bye bye to both physical and mental stress due to the work load.
